The Quality of a Lecture

People need good education for their future to become successful person and it is not easy to find it. In the school or university, There are students, teachers, staffs, securities, etc that in a school or university. Teacher has a role important to make students become success. The teachers must be professional and responsible for their job. Students become lazy to go to university because of lecturers’ quality such as coming late, not communicative, give assignment only.
Sometimes lectures come late to teach their students. They come late are not on schedule. This condition can affect the students’ behavior become lazy. They feel they go to university without do anything or not study. Sometimes they do the action taken by their lectures do like come late. They will come late too even they will not go to the university. The lecture is a sample or a motivator for the student, if the lecture often comes late it possibly the students also will come late to the university. There are many factors why the lectures always come late, such as the condition in the road (traffic jam), a lecture wake up lately and etc.
Then, it does not only come late that can make lectures’ quality become decreased. Some lectures tend to teach as they were uncommunicative. They only teach without watching their students. They do not care and ignorant the situations when the students themselves engrossed in play and make noise. They still continue to teach although the condition of class is very noisy. After that many lectures give assignment only. The lectures are lazy to explain the lessons and tend to give assignment directly. They prefer to enjoy with only sitting without teaching or explaining the lessons. Some lectures do not understand the materials of the lessons that will give for their students. So they tend to give assignment only. If there students ask a question maybe the lectures only tell the students to find the answer in the books. My conclusion is the quality of lectures affects the students’ behavior. Students can be lazy to go to university.
