Lecturer behavior persuade student attitude

First of all, universities in Jakarta has low standard lecturer requirement program that influence the student’s attitudes and behavior in class. The recent scientific studies said that the process of student in studying, analyzing, training, and implementing the result of their studies are strong affected by the qualities of the lecturers. Bad lecturer’s quality, such as: petty communication, low experience, knowledge and information about the course will result in student laziness. In brief there are 2 ways to obtain positive result in studying. Firstly, lecturer should knowledgeable, lot of information obtain and provide students with high communication, teaching skills and giving them good behavior and attitudes in class to satisfy the student, help them to study well to get great result. Secondly, student has to study well, attention and responses to the lecturers kindly for a better result. Nowadays, Universities around Jakarta should take responsibility to improve their teaching program by; recruiting smart lecturers, giving them superb teaching program and reorganized the education program among universities will make positive feedback in the future. However, Universities should entertain and satisfy their student and lecturer to the education program, try to make it simple, effective and high quality skills provide for lecturers to teach the student in professionalism. Lecturers have to assimilate the courses clearness and enough teaching skills to obtain student grasp. Although universities in Jakarta has less technology than others countries, Jakarta has lot of human resources that can be competed with other cities and countries. Indonesia government must focus on the education factor. Government should improve the education program among universities, quality of the lecturer that can influence to the students attitudes. According to the government analysis per year, most collegian in Jakarta has less education quality compare to other cities and countries outside Indonesia. Lot of well education student provide by other countries to be the representative of their countries to compete on. As an Indonesian, we have to support Indonesia in education factors. Lecturer and collegian have to support each others. Lecturer should teach in professionalism and collegian must kindly attention and responses it briefly. In conclusion, lack of teaching skills will influence student laziness and spirit. By following those 2 ways above, perhaps it will acquire positive effect in teaching and learning among collegian,and lecturer in university.

Personalities of teachers and students

In teaching and learning activities,students and lectures are in charged,they play important role.Commonly,students prefer to have good qualified lectures,both in skills and personalities.Lectures who have good skills can share their knowledge to the students.However,good skills in not enough to educate the students.Personality of the lectures also give huge impacts on the students.Good personalities such as strictness,clear communication style and patience are the three most important personalities that are required to be a lecture.These will make the students to be more willing to study and interest in the subject that they learn.
College and high school students usually face difficulties to concentrate on their studies and unable to understand the lessons easily.Many studebts are affected by their friends,for example if one student start to chat during the lessons,the other students will also join him or her to chat.So they prefer to chat with their friends and do not want to listen and pay attention on the studies.The other students who want to study will be irritated with their noisy voices.Not only chatting that disturb the study periods,nowadays all of the students have technology such as mobile phones that they always bring anywhere they go,it is easying the students to send text message to their friends outside the campus and having fun with their mobile phones.Student's personality is as important as lecture's personality.Even though the classroom has a good qualified lecture,however if the students themselves do not want to pay attention,they will be not able to understand the lessons.Outside college time,students who spend most of their times for playing and hanging otu with their friends will heve less time to study.So life outside the campus also affects their studies,not only inseide the classrooms.
In the first paragraph,we have read that lectures must own three main important personalities.Being a lecture,strictness is needed because many students do not pay attention and listen to what the lecture says,they are too busy playing with themselves. So what happen when a lecture has enough strictness? The students are afraid to take the risks if they keep on playing with their mobile phones and chatting with their friends,so they can give more focus on the lessons and study more than usual.In order to help the students to catch up the lessons quickly, a lecture have to be able to explain and elaborate the lessons in a clear,detail and friendly way.This is what we call good communication style.Patience is also require,so when the students ask to be explain once agin or ask many questions,the lectures will not get irritated easily.
Communicatin also include parents.There must be a communication between lectureres and parents.So the parents are able to know their kids progress and behaviour in school or campus.The parents can give advice for their kids in order to improve their kids behaviour and studies.Lectures need feedback from the parents which contains opinions and maybe some critics.This can help to increse the student's GPA achievements.
In my personal opinion,problems of education can be solved. Lecturers have to be strict,communicative and patience while the students have to be more dilligent,pay more attention and have the willing to study.

The success and failure of a student in academic life is highly depending on many factor. One of the factors is the environment of the students. Environment can be family environment, society and technological. Therefore, family, friends, and technology can determine a success or failure to the student in their studies.

First of all, family, family environment has a very important role in a study performance of the student. One of the reasons is that a step parent which a student has can be causing an uncomfortable environment to the student who wanted to study. Because by having a step parent usually have a lot of new problem. There is also another problem in the family which is the finance. Finance is very important to the academic because we need a lot of money to be spent in order to study. So, the good family environment could help most of the studies of a student.

The second is the society environment where the student live their life in most of their times. Friends play a very important role in the student life. Friends influence a lot of way that a student lives their life. They can influence a student to success in studies in a short time. On other hand, they can also cause a lot of failure to the student. In society environment, there are also the lecturers or teacher. The student must have a good relation with the lecturers or the teacher so that if the student has any question they ask easier not only in the classroom but outside the classroom. But if the student does not have a good relation, it will lead to a bigger problem such as, failing the subject as they couldn’t understand the subject. Students must know what the benefits from the society are and they must understand what the cost that society can give them is.

The last but not the least is the technological environment which actually supports their studies but misuse it of them misuse it that can decrease their study performance. The cellphone which actually use to support the student teamwork and to communicate with lecturer to gain the knowledge but most of them use them for other purpose. The second technology that is misused is the computer which the students gain most of the knowledge from there. But they use it for playing game in most of the time. The purpose of technology was invented was to help distributing information easier but most of them use it for other purpose which is entertainment.

In brief, as time pass, there will be always a new problem that is affecting the student educations. The problem will be solved depend on how does the student face the dilemma so that it won’t affect the student. If they can’t solve it by themselves, they should consider the help from the elders.

Problem in Education

Lower level students have less choice in education

Education is related with economy, meaning that people with more money have more choices for getting a better education. Nowadays tuition fee is very high, so only rich student can afford it , in order to  get a better school. Moreover books that are one of the factors that support success of education is an expensive choice for students from lower level families. Different schools are indeed available, but still students from lower level families have less choice, because they can only choose the ones they can afford. So students from lower level families may find difficulties in getting education, especially considering tuition fee, price of books and choice of schools.

Everyone knows that tuition fees aren't cheap, but there are other expenses that make going to school even more expensive. For instance, the admission fees and extra curricular fees are really expensive. Admission fee tacked onto the bill at registration time. Students from lower level family usually obstructed to study in that school because can't afford those big amounts of money. The fees never seem to end; still there are extracurricular fees and several fees that can support teaching and learning activities in schools. Those entire amounts are really a big financial problem faced by students from lower level families.

Student needs books for supporting them in school. Moreover high quality of books is really expensive and there are so many books that needed to support teaching and learning activities in schools. There are so many big problems concerning about book needs for student from lower level families. For example, the cost of books and supplies are high.  In addition, there are all kind of special books in different languages. For example English books and books with foreign language tend to be more expensive. That is why student from lower level families can't afford those books or any other international books. Students usually have difficulties to get the books and the needs of book never seem to end.

Most of them will choose a low quality of school. This problem come because of they cant effort to pay fees structure that given by the school. And even the students have a good talent and smart he cant able to study in a best and high society school if the student don’t have money to study in that school. But moreover not high quality school can me a good student even a low quality school can make a good student too. 

Considering that tuition fee and prices of books are big problems for student from lower level families in getting better education. Therefore only rich students with much money will have more choices to choose a better school for them, while the students from lower level families may find difficulties in getting better education. In general money giving you a freedom to choose including choice of education. 

misuse of technology

Most of student around the world has education problem because of many reasons. One of their problems is the misuse of technology. Nowadays every people have technologies in their life such as television, video games, internet, handphones, and many more. Each technologies among peoples life have their own purpose, either it is for their pleasure, their aid, their guidance, and many other things. It’s not that these technologies are bad influence for the people, it’s just how the people use it that matters, especially to students. The way how students use these technologies nowadays can cause laziness and inappropriate behavior to students, causing them to earn bad score in school. That is why the misuse of technologies are counted as an education problem for students.

People say that our world is one step ahead to the future, especially with the advance technologies we had in our life, for example; the internet. This thing are created for helping us in our life, giving education, information, and many more. And with this technology, it can help students to study more because even if a student are not in a class, he can find the information from the internet without waiting to ask the teacher in the class tomorrow or even go to the library, because there aren’t much good library in Jakarta. Even if they do go to the library, it would take plenty of time to search for the right book but with internet they can get the information they want in a couple of minutes. Those are the things that people consider as an advantages, but frankly not all improvement are consider better because how you use it also matter. Internet provide many good information and education, but it also provide many other things too such as, free videos (youtube), online games, social network (facebook, twitter, etc), and many more. This is where the use comes to matter. Those innovations are counted as an advancement in internet but the problem is it attract people more, especially students rather then google or Wikipedia. With it they can have fun and fulfill their pleasure, but because of that, they will pay intention to it more than they pay intention to their education. That’s why how they use it matters because if they can’t control themselves, imagine what will they miss out on, they will start to skip class, sleep late at night, too lazy to study, and many more. And if they keep doing that, they will get bad grades for sure causing them to fail their class. Because they can’t handle themselves using the internet, they made these a priority. You can see that everyday student nowadays facebook or tweet more than they study or write, that’s is a prove that the misuse of technology has spread. But some student still can control themselves by knowing their own time and study once or twice a week, but many of them still can’t do it like others do. That’s why the misuse of technologies are a big problem in education.

In conclusion, even if technologies become more advance that doesn’t mean that it is a good sign because how we use those technologies are important. If you can’t control yourself especially to students, using these technologies such as the internet, you can suffer an education problem such as laziness, bad behavior, and many more leaving a result of bad scores on your class.

Time management have great importance to students' study success. Time management is about getting more value out of student's time and using it to improve the quality of their academic life. It teaches students how to manage their time effectively, and help them to set priorities and goals. Unfortunately, although time management is important but most of students have problems in manage their time. That's why, students usually have messy time management. Messy time management such as time wasted, lateness, and prioritizing may effect students' academic.

Time is a limited resource, there are only 24 hours in a day. Everyone gets the exact same amount of time each and every day. Most students feel like they have too much tasks to do and not enough time. Lack of time and the number of tasks are often blamed by most of students. In fact, most of them waste their time. That's why they need time management to helps & guides students use the time that they do have in better ways.

Being on time is one of the absolute basics in time management. Sadly, lateness is students' habit. Students who don't have spirit and motivation, they usually deal with lateness. It also happens when students have messy time management, they become undisciplined with themselves. Students have to avoid lateness, because it brings negative effect to students' academic performance. Students who are late tend to easily lose concentration in class, easily get panic, and unprepared.

The importance of time management in students' success also comes in the form that allows students to prioritize. Good time management know when to do what is urgent and important. Ability to identify tasks that require focus at the right time is a very important skill. When students can find out what they have to prioritized, they will actually do the tasks that needs their focus. Being efficient and effective will automatically lead them to achieve learning success.

Can be concluded that messy time management gives negative effects in students' academic. Students can learn the effects of their mess time management, and know how to deal with time, lateness, and prioritizing. So they can improve their academic performance by manage their time well.

Nowadays, one of the important things for student is have a good environment to support the process of their study especially in student’s concentration. The students must have a good concentration in order to analyze and understand the lesson or other subjects which are being taught at school. In the other hand, not all of the schools have a good environment for the student to support student’s concentration. There are several reasons of bad environment that affected student’s concentration, such as lack of cleanness, do not have a strategic location and the residence of the students. In this following paragraphs i will explain more about those three main points of bad environment.

First of all, i will explain about the environment around the school. The environment outside and inside the school must be clean so that students can learn comfortably and concentrate in doing their lesson. There are two important things that must be maintained for the environment outside the school is free from flood and garbage. We must maintain the cleanliness of the environment outside the school started from throwing the trash into the dustbin and do not throw the trash into the yard or the field especially into the ditch in the vicinity which cause the trash to pile up and it will be no water infiltration when there is a rain. Moreover, we must also consider the environment inside the school such as indoor lighting and ventilation. A good room for learn is to have adequate lighting and not hot. The school should provide an adequate light and air ventilation or air- conditioning so the room is not humid.

Secondly, the school should be in a strategic location, so the students easy to find any transportation and easy to find any foods. The students can find any foods outside the school or around the school’s area. For instance, near the bookstore and the supermarket or made-shift stall so the students will not face any difficulties in finding food hence will not be starved. Lastly, the residence of the students. The environment inside the residence must be clean and comfortable so students can concentrate in their study. In this situation comfortable in their house means the students have a good facilities for study. For instance, they have a bookshelf and study table in their room.

In conclusion, environment plays an important role in enhancing students concentration ability because a good environment give a motivation and comfort for the students to study. The school should provide a studious environment so that the students could perform better and increase the school standard.

i believe that everyone has problems not only with adult that having problem,in educatin for students also problems is the pasrt of education .actualy the problem happen because themsalve makes that change the mindset .many factors can affect the education life because internal and external reasons can supporting the studies .the silver lining in this cloude is that as if the largest problems is simple due to the lack of understanding ,not only our .day to day problems but also happen in our studies .many problem in education ,there is lack of understanding that effect to concentrate in the class make the other activities happen such as class atmosphere and addicted to gadget.
the understanding of the lesson is important because can make easily to accept the lesson or exlplanation and also the concentrate happen because the understanding .
there are many reasons of the lack understanding in the lesson on the creates n the concentration of the less useful classroom activities such as playing with the phone ,talking during class .why concentration is needed ?because in general the concentration is the basis of an understanding in the lesson .if the concentration of students is necesity that all subject matter easy to understand and not only concentration that we needed the conditions in the classroom is important we need to create the conditions in the class more comfortable and condusive .actually anything can happen but the most often are feel sleepy , getting bored during teacher explanation.any problem that happen in the lesson or education is important to be aware of a responsibility asa student to comprehend and understand the lesson .

Every school have senior students and junior students. The relation between the senior and junior not always good, like have a friend in the same years. Senior is a nightmare because they do the bullying to the junior. They will do anything they like to the junior. This act of bullying because of the position, environment and lack of parent's attention can make the juniors fell into depression. In this case, I will talked about the act of bullying happen and example from causes.

First, the position of the senior is the most important part. Most of the senior are older than junior and of course, they are more powerful than the junior is. In this condition, the junior can't resist them; they only can obey. Beside that, they want to be respected because they feel that senior is a king and junior is just ordinary people. So, they must respect to the senior where ever and when ever. For the example, if the senior walk in the hall, the junior must say hi and bow head. If they didn't do it, they will get punishment.

Second, environment also causes the act of bullying. If they started hang out with wrong friends, maybe the character of this person will be change and can be the one who do the bullying to the next student. Usually when they hang out together, there is no supervision in the school. The supervisor in the school is teacher because they responsible to the student activities. There is no excuse for the student, weather he or she a teacher's, head master's children or not. Rules are rules so, rules should be enforced fairly and as effectively as possible. For example, all of the school have a group of organizations that are not organized and prohibited by school. Still they make these groups in order to monitor the activities of the junior if there was a violation of the rule or not

third is the last but not least, the most important things that affect to teenager development are lack of parent's attention. In this case, parent is a very important role in the development of they children. However, there are some parents who work so busy that they rarely meet with they children. This is a gap where children feel outcast and look for other activities. in addition, divorce also support change in teenager's attitude . stress level due to this problem can cause teenager to seek they identity in another way. For the example, the senior get depression because the problem in their home, so they vent their emotions on the junior.

The conclusion from this problem is parents should watch the attitude, behavior and environment of the children so they will not be lost. For the student, the act of the bullying because of the position, environment and lack of parent's attention can make the junior feel depression. I hope next they won't be another case like this.

Problems of Higher Education

University is a major factor in our academic lives since 11^th century when first universities appeared in Europe. We build our career with the help of universities. However, there have been several problems concerning campus facilities throughout history. For instance, as new technologies are born in our lives, campuses need to catch up with them. One of the main problems of academic institutions is lack of facilities at campuses such as less equipped classrooms, inadequate library resources and weak internet access, which may result in low quality of knowledge in university level.

The first problem in many of our campuses is their classrooms. In many classrooms there is no projector to present the material being studied. Air conditioning is also poor. Thus students don’t have a fresh mind to grab the concepts of the topic. And more importantly, in many campuses there are no laboratory classrooms for specific fields such as physics, chemistry and computer science. Even though we have these laboratories in some campuses, most of their computers and other experimental equipments do not function well or obsolete. Yet these laboratories play a big role for students in doing their projects and researches.

Second major issue about the facilities at campuses is the lack of library resources. Book is a student’s food. They cannot live without books. Many campuses have libraries but not enough for students needs. A thorough library needs to provide not only books but also CDs, journals and other online materials. It is even better if the university has separate libraries for different majors. In addition to this, the library should also provide an inter-library loan facility. It means that if a book needed by a student does not exist in the university library, the university borrows the book from another library outside campus, be it another university’s library or a national library.

Beside classrooms and library resources, the internet access can also be considered as a contemporary issue at campuses. In our era, internet has become an important part of our daily lives. Our campuses should provide a reliable internet connection so that we can take advantage of it for both our studies and private businesses. However, the internet at campuses is quite slow and there are many limitations such as restriction for downloading files or restriction to the internet access at certain hours in a day.

Consequently, facilities at campuses need to be improved in order to meet the international standards and to make sure that students will have all of the opportunities to keep the quality of their knowledge high.

In this era now, Education is a must thing that everyone should learn. Yet, nowadays people especially student take it for granted while they are the one who determine their success in education by working hard and active in school. But, they do not take it seriously. The student’s usually only do schooling because of wish of their parents. Their behaviours such as laziness, bullies, and unpunctuality may affect student’s GPA.

Firstly, student’s bad behaviour is laziness. Laziness is the worst enemy that a student has and if laziness is still in student’s learning progress, it will affect their marks or GPA. Then, the cause which makes students being lazy is like lack of sleep and the class start too early in the morning. So, both of the causes can make student cannot concentrate and doing their project clearly.

Secondly, is bullying between students. This bad behaviour always exists in every level of study but, usually students bully when they are in high school or in university. Normally, bully come from seniority and an enemy between students. It sounds simple but, actually it is a big problem for every school because bullies can effect bad reputation of school name and parents. Seniority is the worst impact to the junior students. The junior students cannot feel comfort if they are in school and the harmful effect is that students will not want to go to school because they know that they will be bullied and because of that, they’ll miss school and make their GPA decreased. Not only have that, the simple problem liked boyfriends and girlfriends also makes among students become an enemy. So, students will feel lazy if they should meet up their enemy everyday and every time.

Lastly, is unpunctuality. There are many causes why students doing unpunctuality. First is because maybe the subject is too hard. The students do not know what they should do in their project. Second is because students are lazy to do as the students already have a lot assignment from other subject. So, students cannot focus in one of their project and it makes them to have bad marks.

In conclusion, the students should change their bad behaviour to a good behaviour to have a good mark and also to eliminate their laziness, bullies, and unpunctuality.

English in Indonesia

Due to the recent increase in international trades around the world, there has been a need for a globally accepted language to use between each other. English has been acknowledged as a global language that is used worldwide, nowadays most countries are learning English, and it have been proven that, by understanding English give tremendous advantages over those who doesn't. The government of Indonesia should implement English as a compulsory language lesson for education.

Understanding English gives You the opportunities to communicate with the other countries, for example: Businesses will have more choices in terms of expansions, customers, collaborations, etc

As we know, the price of education is so high. Many factor that make education become so expensive, such as school facilities and supporting facilities. Some example for school facilities are admissin fee and school fee, and some example for supporting facilities are books and stationary. All of the payment really make parents and students feel burden. Because of school fee is expensive, there is lack opportunity for student to enter university, such as lack of money, many requirements and feel inferior.
First of all, the prolem that make student can’t continue the education to the unversity is lack of money . Some parents don’t have enough money to pay the school fee , even admisson fee . however some times it is commonly happen when parents already prepare for all the payment but in that year , the school fee become higher than the parents expected .
Secondly, there are many requerement to enter the university . only some people that can fulfill the requerement so they can enter that unversity . the purpose having many requerement is to choose the best student that can develop the unversity . some examples for the requerements are the parents fee , score in high school , test to choose the best student
Thirdly , student’s have lack of talent and have lack of money that make students fell inferior , so they don’t want to continue the education cause they feel shy. Students don’t feel confident with their something that his or her need to be improved, such as money, talents and grades. For example , students truthly smart but he or she doesn’t have enough money to get social with his or her friends , he or she prefers to stop to continue the education to the university . because unversity is more global than high school .
In conclusion , there are 3 general causes that makes student don’t want to continue the unversity. First , tuition fee that become higher and higher in this periode .Second , many requerements that students needs to fulfill , so the unversity can choose better students to improve their unversity . At last , students doesn’t feel inferior and they don’t feel confident with themself .

The keys of success in study come from 2 sides, which are from teacher and the student themselves. However from those sides, the student must be the one who is taking active part in the class. Sometimes when teacher teach the lesson, the student do not understand the teacher’s language, but because they do not know what the lesson. Students do not understand the lesson well because of three reasons: coming late, dislike the subject and not taking active part in the class.

First reason why student do not understand the lesson is because they coming late. The fist factor is working first before they go to school. Sometimes they forget the time and they end up late. Second factor is because wake up late. Most students watching TV and playing games at night, cause they did not go to her bed early. Last factor is because traffic jam. To solve this problem the student must go to school earlier than usual

The next reason is because the students dislike the subjects. When student not interest with the subject, anything what the teacher saying but if the student not interesting, they will got nothing. Not only if not interest with the subject but also dislike the teacher. The teacher when teach and the student get boring, maybe it because the student do not like how the teacher teach. So the teacher must change how to teach.

The last one is because the student not taking active part in the class. When the teacher teaches, some students do not pay attention. Some of them are just talking with their friends. There are schools that give the students right to bring their mobile phone while at school and the students misuse the right and playing with their phones so they did not pay attention to what the teachers said. However if student get sick, they cannot concentrate and cannot fully taking active in the class.

In conclusion, the student must change the habits. They must go to school earlier and so do not be late. The student must find how to they liked the lesson. And the last is they must be taking active part in the class.

SEX AND EDUCATION

Watching, hearing and seeing recent news about result of free sex make parents all over the word worry about their children. Free sex is one big problem that can bother children education. Parents, friends and television shows are three main sources that may lead children misunderstanding.

First of all, children education are begin from their parents and house. Less explanation from parents will make children do not have enough knowledge about sex. Asian culture like us is hard to talk openly and straight to the point, sometimes ‘unneeded’ conversation is necessary, and those conversation not infrequently make children confusing. Also happen because of the odd parents that unaccustomed talking about sex and think they have different language with children. Some of problem that occur in family make children search information from the other sources.

The second source is friends. Friends are one of important influence that can effect children education because children spent their time beside in their house, they spent it with their friends out there. So if there is a mistake by choosing the friends will lead something undesirable. For instance the wrong friend may influence children to do something bad, teaching the wrong things or even trapping the innocent one.

And the last one is television programs. A lot of television programs are not appropriate to watch by children because children are very easy and quick to learn something that they usually see, especially something that they consider unique and stick to their mind, they remember and imitate it. The problem is how about if the television shows present something that not educated one, for example if there is certain house use TV cable and display a western film which is have different culture with Asia and show immoral scene like PDA (public display affection) which is usual in western but not in here. By seeing this scene children will get wrong understanding about what should do and should not do.

In conclusion parents should have courage to give clear explanation for their children and monitoring their children friends and also access to television programs.

Personal calss habit influence in getting a good grade

Many people asume that grade represent your ability in understanding the course. If you receive alow grade means you are poor in the class. Usually some student get alow grade because don't strudy seriously. Seriousness in studying is very much influence by the personalhabit of the students. Negative personal habit such as bad class room habit,study unseriously,and indiscipline of university students result in low grade.

Bad class room habit very influence for enviroment in study in study,example: some studens talking to much during the lesson they can understanding the course lesson and in the same time they can disturbing another. Cheating when do exam can make students don't study seriously because they rely cheat,so when they do final test the students can get a good score. Get a lot absence very influence the student in getting a lesson,so they can't get all material for study.

Indicipline in class influence students is participation, example: coming late, make students lost they time for get a material lesson in class. Don't do exercise, make students get a bad score and influence the average score. Disturbing class,make some students lost they concentration.

Study unseriously very influence in getting a good score,example: to much hangout, make some student spend they study time,so they can't increase they ability. Have a girl or a boy friend,usually can make student loss focus in the learning class lesson because make some students get a stress so they can't study seriously because they not in focus condition.

In conclusion, Negative personal habit can make students get a bad score becuse they can't mximize their study and finaly they will get a low grade.This statements can be proved with example that I give'n about.

The Positive Effect of Our Environment

School is the life stage that we need to go through in ourlife. From elementary, middle, and high school we study and spend most of ourtime there. In school, there is happiness, sadness, and problems going up and down. The first year in school, especially high school is the hardest time for all students. Students need support and lots of encouragement from their environment. Families, friends, and teachers may provide positive support during the difficult time of the first highschool year.

Good friends will make positive effects to students in order to pass their first year. If students have many friends and they are comfortable with them, it would motivate them to go to school. Motivation and exitements to school are important things to have, they can improve their dilligence to study. Eventhough we are being dilligent, we still need help from others, and thats what friends are for. We need them for help us whenever we got trouble in subject, class, or maybe friendship. Thus, it is important for us to have them suppoting our first year high school.

Family becomes important things for high school students to motivate them in their academic or non academic life. Their family will bring positive effect to the students with always supporting them. Start good example from family is always will make the biggest effect to the students. Students will learn anything from their own family first, then from their outside environment, and the last thing is their own thought. So why family is the most important thing will effect to them to go through their high school.

Another thing that really influance and will makes positive effect to the student is teacher. Teachers will influance the students through being role model or good example for them. And by having good teachers, students motivated to study and they will listen when teachers teaching and will easy to understand the leason quickly. Another thing is good teacher makes students excited to attend the class, and that will effect to their score and their smartness.

In conclusion, our hard time in first year on high school will we pass it by, through courage from families, friends, and teachers. We need all their supports, motivation, and to pass our first year. And all positive things can comes from anything, anywhere, and anytime, and we need to appreciate for all the things that comes to us.

BAD TIME MANAGEMENT

Education has played a big role in our life and we have taken at least 12 years of schooling. To be successful in education, one of the factors for everyone is time management. Good time management eases the learning process in school. However, bad time management of students, teachers, and school managements result in bad reputation of the whole school.

First of all, every teacher certainly has had bad time management in their own schedule. Bad time management of the teachers usually comes from their personal problems. The teachers may get busy with their personal meetings and cancel class without prior notification. This doesn’t mean the teachers haven’t known the schedule in the school or university but sometimes they have sudden meetings outside school or university, like at companies. It is not unusual that the cancellation is only announced approximately several hours before starting the class. However, a truly good teacher will usually tell the students a few days earlier if there are any changes to the usual schedule.

Second, some students also have bad time management. Good students will never want to violate the own schedule, but that may not be the case for bad students. Bad students usually postpone every assignment and are undisciplined with own schedule. They have problems prioritizing. Every teacher in school or university always gives students assignments to practice at home, and bad students like to procrastinate before doing their assignment, prioritizing leisurely activities to their education.

Lastly, the school or university usually has a bad time management related to class and lesson schedule. Many things arise from such case, like clashes between one lesson and another, cancellations of class, or too many classes in the school. Clashes between one lesson and another often happen because the management at school doesn’t calculate the scheduling carefully. Cancellations of class always happen in every school or university and they cause the management of the school or university to replace the time on other days. Some schools or universities accept too many students who applied and thus the amount of classes may exceed the normal capacity that the school or university can handle.

In conclusion, we can easily see from these few examples the problems of time management in a school or university from the students, teachers, and school managements’ point of views. If all these three parts have a good time management, the whole school will benefit and gain a good reputation.

Nowadays, as we seen, many people can't go to school because they can not afford to pay school fees. school is important to all of us and we need knowledge from school as well. but the problem is that the fees of the school. there are a few problems that effect why many people could not go to school, such as because of family ability, the cost of transportation and effects from government.

First of all, family ability is the biggest problem that we need to put more attention on it. Finance it seems so important until today especially family. If the head of the family could not afford the school's fees, their children could not school as well. therefore, the family could not support their own child to have school. even, the family could not buy school supplies such as school's books, shoes to wear, school uniform and other stuff. without all of this stuff, automatically the students could not get to school. that is why family ability is extremely important.

Secondly is that the cost of transportation. transportation costs is also one of the reasons many students could not go to school. For instance, if the student's distance is too far from their home to school, that will be spent a lot of money. Furthermore, in this modern society that we live, everything becomes expensive especially transportations.

Lastly is that effects from government. as we known that government has build a public school, so that many children can go to school. However, the government did not build more public school. that is why many people still can't go to school until today,because they can't paid the school fees. perhaps, government also needs to consider the number of school pupils who can not go to school.

According to my opinion, we have learn that school's fee is too expensive for some people until they can't go to school. from above we learn that we can't waste our money wrongly in school. in fact, we should be thank and appreciate for the people around us who can support and can pay us to go to school.

Who doesn’t need education? Nobody for sure. In fact, education is a very crucial part of a person’s life since it determines our future and economic success. To be successful in education, players such as teacher, student and school need to be active. Well, from those three, it is the student’s who have to be the most active. However, some students refuse to take it seriously. Their bad behavior such as laziness, plagiarism and bully will bring a bad image for the school.

Laziness was the most grave behavior that student should never even think about it. If laziness still continues along in student’s learning progress, I believe they will not make any good progress in their learning. Well, laziness will not appear by itself, there must a cause to it and some of the causes are student have no interest at all with school, their parents forced them to do it and they don’t even bother about their future. The effects of laziness also crucial, for example, they will have a gloomy future and possibly always rely on their parents for their entire life.

Secondly, plagiarism is also one of big example of bad behavior of students. Many students are taking advantage of copying someone else’s work whenever they have the chance. In fact, plagiarism will create a lack of creativity and student will definitely lose their sense of responsibility. For now, they may not feel the effect for it, however, they can feel it once they are working. They aren’t to have a clue on where to start because they used to forge someone’s work. In fact, these student need to be stopped not only for their sake but because it is not fair to the people whose work they are always stealing.

Lastly but not least, bully also a good example of bad behavior. What kind of parents will force their children to school where well known lots of bully? No parents will. Not only that, even the student will afraid to join school. Bully may rule the school because in their mind they are senior, so they can take control of junior. Moreover, they may have some revenge to junior because of jealousy. This kind of act will surely bring a bad image to school.

In conclusion, to make a good reputation of school, the school should be able to make rules and regulation that pressed the student for not doing the bad behavior such as laziness, plagiarism and bully. By eliminating those bad behaviors, I believe it will rise up the rating of the school.

Some students usually have a problem with their grades. They got low scores and found it difficult to improve their grades significantly. It is right if we are the main problem that leads us for getting a bad score. We are too lazy to study and do not use the time effectively. In fact, not only the internal problem (from ourselves) that makes us getting a low score at school, but also some external problems such as from home, school, and environment. So, bad influence from those external factors (home, school, and environment) may cause low scores for students.

First of all is bad influence from home. It consists of a lack of parents support and misuse of technology. Lack of parents support may cause a bad score for their child at school. Less support that is given from parents makes their child lazy and assumes that grades are not the one which must be achieved highly. Then, a paradigm “asal lulus” occurs and planted in their mind. Another bad influence from home is misuse of technology. It means that technologies are not used in appropriate way. For example are Video Games. Children usually play whole day until late night and don’t think about their lessons at school.

Second is bad influence from school. Bad behaviors that are showed at school may cause a bad score. Some teachers who are not happy with their student’s attitude can give them bad marks because they feel not being respected by the students. In case, teachers have a right to give student’s mark, sometimes they can assign them subjectively.

The last one is from environment. May be it is the most influential part that makes our grades low. Indeed, friends are the most influential one. We must choose smartly and carefully when we want to make a good relationship with others. They can bring us advantages but also disadvantages. For example some friends persuade us to skip the class or not doing the assessment. Sometimes we are felling tempted or can’t refuse it.

In conclusion, Bad scores may be gotten not only the internal problem (ourselves) but also some external problems such bad effects from home, school, and environment.

Poor Time Management by University

Time management is important to determine the success of students. The time management is not only about student’s time management, but also it is about teacher time management and university time management. The biggest problem in time management is punctuality. Student’s unpunctuality is not only comes from poor time management, but also it comes from the university’s management. Student lateness usually caused by lack of sleep, traffic jam and student’s small desire to attend the class. In the other hand, university mistakes to arrange the schedule also caused student’s unpunctuality. Poor time management by the university caused miscommunication between teachers and university’s managers, unstable schedule from the teachers and late announcement to the students.

Miscommunication between teachers and university managers are often happen. There are several problems that caused by lack of concentration. First, errors in verbal communicating that make different understanding for the listener and the speaker. For example, there will be a make class today for system thinking class at half past seven A.M. Then the university’s manager hears there will be make up class at half past eight. This mistake can cause the students late for more than one hour. Second, errors in confirmation for the schedule which make different schedule recording between teachers and university. Usually teachers are the subject who demand and chose the time for their class. Example for this mistake is while the teachers confirm the schedule with the university; the managers can record differently with the agreed schedule. The last problem is classroom availability. For example, system thinking class will have a makeup class on Tuesday which had fully booked by other class before.

Unstable schedule from the teachers is the second cause that makes university difficult in managing student’s schedule. Teachers in university usually are practitioners which have other job outside university. Moreover, they can be teachers in other university. Unpredictable teachers business can disturb student’s fixed schedule. Physical condition from teachers also determines their availability to teach. The schedule can be disorder if the teachers often unwell. About the makeup class, late confirmation from teachers can caused different perception about the schedule to university manager. To arrange the fixed schedule university manager should confirmed to the teachers more effective.

The last thing that describe the poor management by university is late schedule announcement to the students by the university can make student late and teachers waste their time to have a class. Errors in communicating with the students and slow work from the university manager are the cause university did the late announcement. For example, Mr. Charlie Lam has a makeup class at Tuesday this week at half past eight A.M, unfortunately the university manager has problem to communicate with the students or university manager very slow to inform the students. As the result, many students will come late and Mr. Charlie Lam has to wait his students.

There are three causes the student’s unpunctuality made by mistakes from university management. For conclusion, student’s unpunctuality caused not only student’s mistakes, but also it caused from poor management by university.

The Quality of a Lecture

People need good education for their future to become successful person and it is not easy to find it. In the school or university, There are students, teachers, staffs, securities, etc that in a school or university. Teacher has a role important to make students become success. The teachers must be professional and responsible for their job. Students become lazy to go to university because of lecturers’ quality such as coming late, not communicative, give assignment only.
Sometimes lectures come late to teach their students. They come late are not on schedule. This condition can affect the students’ behavior become lazy. They feel they go to university without do anything or not study. Sometimes they do the action taken by their lectures do like come late. They will come late too even they will not go to the university. The lecture is a sample or a motivator for the student, if the lecture often comes late it possibly the students also will come late to the university. There are many factors why the lectures always come late, such as the condition in the road (traffic jam), a lecture wake up lately and etc.
Then, it does not only come late that can make lectures’ quality become decreased. Some lectures tend to teach as they were uncommunicative. They only teach without watching their students. They do not care and ignorant the situations when the students themselves engrossed in play and make noise. They still continue to teach although the condition of class is very noisy. After that many lectures give assignment only. The lectures are lazy to explain the lessons and tend to give assignment directly. They prefer to enjoy with only sitting without teaching or explaining the lessons. Some lectures do not understand the materials of the lessons that will give for their students. So they tend to give assignment only. If there students ask a question maybe the lectures only tell the students to find the answer in the books. My conclusion is the quality of lectures affects the students’ behavior. Students can be lazy to go to university.

Lateness is The Main Problem for Univesity Student

Lately, many university students have problem with lateness. This problem has frequently occur ed, the cause of the lateness because of three factors such as sleepover, traffic jam, and full parking. All these factors cause the value of decreased, student don't focus when their studied and they also considered not present in the classroom because their late.

First factor is sleepover. Student can sleepover because they watch TV until late at night, playing games and chat with friends. TV shows at night was good for teenager especially for girl because their watch telenovela or drama series, cause the student didn't go to her bed early. Beside their watch TV, playing games. Playing games always they do at night cause is their free time. In the morning they must go to campus and the afternoon they do their task or they sleep. So they can play games at night. There is one reason why they sleep over is chatting with friends. Chatting with friends they always do at night, and the same reason cause theirs free time and their friends also have the same free time.

Second Factors are the Traffic Jam. Traffic Jam is always happening in the city. If they're awake in the morning when suddenly in the road accident and the result is traffic jam. Sometimes when they already use highway, accident sometimes happen, so Traffic Jam can't predict.

Third Factors are Full Parking. Parking lot lacking because there are no space again because the place is too narrow and there are too many students bring their own vehicle. To solve this problem The University must provide wide parking lot and provide a shuttle bus. Wide parking lot make student more easier to find parking. Provide shuttle bus is also the main provide for university because make student can go to campus on time and they no need find difficult transportation to go campus.

In conclusion, Lateness can be solved for student. Pupils must solve the first problem they must go to bed earlier so they don't sleepover until noon. The second problem is they must be able to avoid unexpected traffic jam by go to campus earlier. The Last is full parking, The university can help to provide a wide paring lot and shuttle buses in order to facilitate the students go to university.

The Lack of Facilities in High School

Facility is one of important components that will help students to improve their performance and abilities in their daily activities in high school. The facilities such as toilet, parking lot, library, canteen, or sport fields will support the students to enjoy them in their high school’s life. Students have tendency to choose high school which have complete and qualified facilities because they want to get the best things for their future in high school. For example, a student prefers high school with basketball and football field rather than with only basketball field. But, the most important thing is the facilities that support the study’s activities of the student because the lack of facilities such as classroom, laboratories, and technology support in high school will decrease the study’s performance of the students.

First of all, unqualified classroom provided by the school is one of lack of facilities. Class room is very important facility because it is the main requirement that should be had by school. The teaching and study activity can not be done if there are no any classes or the number of classroom is less than the number of students. Furthermore, the poor condition of equipments like chairs, tables, and boards will influence the atmosphere of the class because the students, and maybe the teachers, will not feel comfortable then they will lose their zest for study. After that, the qualified classroom should also be supported by its cleanness because the dirty classroom will make the condition get worst. In fact, the students are more comfortable with clean classroom than dirty classroom.

Next, another facility that should be concerned by the school is the laboratories which will support the student in their study’s activities. Many high schools may not have complete laboratories because of some factors such as financial problem. But, those laboratories should be striven by the school no matter what happens. The students will really need them to improve their study in school. For example is computer laboratory. Computer’s lesson is very important for student to follow the development of technology in this world. That’s why the school should provide that laboratory. The school should also provide the language laboratory to support students who need to improve their ability to understand the foreign languages easily. Another laboratory that may have to be had by high school is science laboratory such as chemical or physics laboratory because it will assist students to do some practicum activities related to those subjects.

The last facility that is usually not provided by the school is technology support such as internet connection and school’s website. The students will be happy if there is internet connection in their high school because it will help students to do their works or assignment easily that impacted in good scores or better study’s performance. Like internet, the school website will also help students to get better result because of its usage to give announcements or another message that will make students more focus on their study’s activities.

In conclusion, every high school should notice on its own facilities because the study performance of students can decrease because of the lack facilities provided by the school. Those lacks such as unqualified classroom, uncompleted laboratories, and lack of technology can be the contribution that may cause the low grade and failure of the student. So, it is better for high school to improve and give the best for facilities service that will help students to be success in their high school’s life.

The government set 12 years compulsory education based on “Peraturan Daerah” 15 since 2006. But nowadays, the developments led to the consumerism era. So that several students at the schools became less aware with their education. The knowledge that we have creates a value. However, considering that some students in schools are becoming less aware, so that the value of lessons can be drop. A drop in the value of lessons may be cause by laziness, unpunctuality and bullies.

The first effect of less awareness of the students, which cause the drop in value is laziness. This is the main concern of the issue., since it takes 50% overall according to my survey. There are two causes that could make students lazy, which are lack of sleep and class starts too early. When the class starts too early it could make students lost their concentration in studying.

Second effect of less awareness of the students is unpunctuality. The culture of students, which is being unpunctual everything could make their work all messed up. There are 2 probabilities that might cause students to do being unpunctual, which are the subject of the lesson is too difficult and students got too many assignments. Sometimes the teacher or lecturer gives students a lot of assignment to do and some teacher tend to not care about their student suffer. Therefore ii might not close a chance that students would do not do their assignment well, which will affect their marks.

The last effect of less awareness of the students is bullies. The culture of bullying junior in almost everything, especially school in Jakarta is almost impossible to be banished. Besides of the high level of seniority, having at least one enemy in school might cause bullying from senior to junior. The violation they did could make a problem in the future. For instance, an IMPTN student case in mid 2008. Seniors bullied their junior, they beat them up, which finally made the junior dead. The result is not only their marks is the bet, but also their existence in the school. The senior could be expelled from the school.

In conclusion, to make the value of lesson increase or at least do not decrease, by eliminating laziness, unpunctuality, and bullies.

It is believed that all public schools must have hired professionals and certified teachers to teach their students but why students often fail in their courses? Is it true that the failure of a student is associated with the failure of the teacher? Many teachers argue with this statement as they have found the real causes of their failures. Lack of concentration, laziness and indiscipline may result in the failure of students in the courses.
First of all, the main cause why the student will face failures in their courses is due to their lack of concentration. Students keep on talking with one another during lessons which will end up in not understanding the teacher’s explanations and disturb the concentration of other students who want to hear teacher’s explanations leading to student’s failures in the courses.
The second reason is because of their laziness. Lazy to come the class will result in not understanding the course taught. Many students think that learning in the class is enough which is actually wrong.It is very important for them to revise it again at home in order to enhance their knowledge in that course. One way to study at home is by doing their assignments which helps students to have a review in the course. So, we can see that the laziness will become the factor of the student’s failure in the courses.
The third cause is due to student’s indiscipline behavior like not submitting assignments on time and the habit of delaying works. They often delay their assignments until the last day of the submission of the assignment ending up in poor quality of the assignments resulting in failing in the courses.
In conclusion, the failure that students face in studying the course is due to the lack of concentration, laziness, and indiscipline behavior. The lack of concentration is because they are talking in the class and do not listen to teacher’s explanations. The other is due to their laziness to attend the class,study and doing the assignments .Last is because of their indiscipline behaviors like not submitting assignments on time and delaying their works.
