That is why the government should concern to increase the facility services because there are some poor facilities that really make the uncomfortable condition, especially for the passengers. For example is the number of Trans Jakarta’s bus which is provided. The less of number of bus will cause the accumulation passengers, who have to wait for the bus, in the bus stop. That condition will also waste their time. Another example is there is no any toilet for passengers in all of bus stop. Toilet is an important facility for people especially in the public place such as Trans Jakarta’s bus stop because, according to the first example, the passengers may really need that facility when they are waiting for the bus. The last example is the condition of bridge crossing which connect to the Trans Jakarta’s bus stops. They should be repaired because the damage of the bridges can endanger people who use that facility. Beside that, the security of the bridges should be increased because many crimes can be happened.
