In Jakarta, people who lack of knowledge and skill will face two difficulties in their life. Especially, the one that lives in Jakarta without any education of knowledge, in their mind, the only that matter is when they can get a food for a day and go on with living onto the next day. In conclusion, people that don’t really have value in this society will probably have bigger chance to be a criminal.
